Resale of products in a manner inconsistent with their intended research use is strictly prohibited.

NeurixPeptideLab reserves the right to terminate accounts and refuse future orders where evidence of unauthorized resale is identified.

NeurixPeptideLab reserves the unconditional right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• Identity or institutional affiliation cannot be verified
• Intended use is inconsistent with research-only applications
• Order patterns suggest non-research distribution
• Applicable regulations restrict supply to the ordering jurisdiction
• Required documentation has not been provided

Products supplied by NeurixPeptideLab have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any equivalent regulatory body. No claims are made regarding the safety, efficacy, or suitability of any product for human or animal use.

Payment

We accept ACH/wire transfer, purchase orders from approved institutions, and cryptocurrency. Credit card payments are available only after your first completed order — first-time purchasers must use an alternative payment method. Payment is due upon order unless net terms have been established. All prices are in USD.

Shipping & Handling

• Orders under $100 — $25 flat rate shipping
• Orders $100 – $300 — Free standard shipping
• Orders over $300 — $65 flat rate shipping

Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. All orders undergo quality assurance testing and require proper cold-chain handling before shipment. International shipping is available — contact us for rates.

We are not liable for upstream supply disruptions, manufacturing delays, or shortages beyond our control. While we make every effort to fulfill orders promptly, delivery timelines may vary depending on supplier availability and QA requirements.

Limitation of Liability

NeurixPeptideLab' liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

NeurixPeptideLab collects and processes personal data necessary for account management, order fulfillment, and regulatory compliance. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
